Purpose:
This benefit provides additional funds for practical assistance in and around the home for Members and their families during prolonged illness or injury.
Some of the services available include;
- Housekeeping
- Lawn Mowing
- Personal Care
- Counselling
- Other services
Eligibility:
- Services may be provided to the family when injury or illness to the Member or their Partner results in prolonged inability or absence from work.
Benefit:
Services will be provided as required, discretionary limits will apply.
Payment:
The Society will arrange and fund the provision of services.
Notes:
Members should contact the Secretary to discuss their requirements prior to services being authorised.
